YUVASREE:
Government of West Bengalprovides an assistance of Rs. 1500/- to the unemployed youths of West Bengal on monthly basis. This scheme is known as Yubasree, Bekar Vata orYuva Utsaha Prakalpa. This scheme is first introduced by Chief Minister of Bengal Hon'ble Miss. Mamata Banerjee. Many unemployed youth who are enrolled already under this scheme is still receiving assistance. To continue the receipt of this assistance a beneficiary need to keep in mind one main thing that is you need to submit Annexure - iii .

• Click On Submit Annexure-III<<<<
• Enter your Employment Bank User ID / Enrolment Number
  আপনার Employment Bank-এর User ID / Enrolment Number-টি লিখুন.(The number Starts With "EB" )
• Enter your Employment Bank password
  আপনার Employment Bank-এর পাসওয়ার্ড-টি লিখুন.
• Type Security code .
• Finally Submit.

1. Open The Link : https://employmentbankwb.gov.in


2. Click on "Submit Annexure-III" Link.


3. Type User ID/Enrolment Number starts with "EB": (Example : EB20121911427000)


4. Type your Password (Case Sensitive) : as received from Employment Bank at the time of validation.


5. Type Security Code as You see(Case Sensitive).


6. Finally Submit.

1. Click Tick Mark before "A Recipient of Unemployment Assistance under Yuvasree is unemployed till date and i am utilizing the Unemployment Assistance to undertake training for increasing my employability.


2. Select "Name/Nature of Training" from Dropdown Menu.
   (Example : 1) Accounting / Finance, 2) Agriculture and Allied, 3) Art / Culture / Entertainment, 4) Automobile, 5) Banking / Insurance, 6) Beauticare, 7) Call Centre / BPO, 8) Construction / Architecture, 9) Cookery / Catering, 10) Domestic Appliance Repair, 11) Dress Making and Fashion Designing, 12) Education / Training, 13) Healthcare / Medical, 14) Hospitality, 15) Interior Decoration, 16) IT, 17) Legal, 18) Logistics / Transport, 19) Management, 20) Skilled Labour / Artisan, 21) Others.)


3. Write your Institution/Training Center Name with Address.


4. Enter Start Date & End Date of Training. Click on that field a Calender will appear and you should Select Year, Month, and Date. (Thumb Rule :: If your Course/Training is Continuing then you must choose the Date of Submission as End Date and Add Remarks that "Course Continuing").


5. Write Remarks : In this field you should mention anything related to your Course. Like Course Name, Course Duration, etcs.


6. Put Tick Mark Before : "I hereby declare that all the information furnished above is true to the best of my knowledge and belief".


7. Put Tick Mark Before : "I shall be liable for penal action as per law in case this declaration is proved to be false subsequently".


8. Finally Click Recheck the Information You Provided, and Click "Submit Annexure-II" when you are done.


9. On Successful Submission you will receive A Massage that "Your Annexure-III has already been submitted"(Server Date Time will show up, may differ from Indian Time). NOW - Click On "PrintAcknowledgement" Button to Get your Annexure-III Submission Receipt. Keep this Submission Receipt to you. You are not require to send it any where. 


10. Congrats! you are Done..!
